1. Services

1.1 Description of Services
Speedy Detailers LLC provides mobile auto detailing services, including but not limited to exterior and interior detailing, paint protection, and additional car care services.

1.2 Service Area
We offer services within O’Fallon, Wentzville, & Lake St. Louis. Service availability outside this area may be subject to additional fees.

2. Appointments and Scheduling

2.1 Booking an Appointment
Appointments can be booked through our website, phone, or text message. Once a quote is approved, we will follow up to schedule a convenient time for the service.

2.2 Rescheduling and Cancellations
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of $55.

2.3 Late Arrivals
If you are not available at the scheduled appointment time, we will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes. After this period, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a rescheduling fee may apply.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, cash, and [Other Payment Methods]. Payment is due upon completion of the service.

3.2 Pricing
Our service prices are listed on our website. Additional charges may apply for special requests, oversized vehicles, or extremely dirty conditions, which will be communicated before service commencement.

3.3 Refunds
Refunds are not typically provided for completed services. If you are unsatisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address the issue promptly.

4. Customer Responsibilities

4.1 Access to Vehicle
Customers must provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled appointment time and ensure it is parked in a safe, accessible location.

4.2 Removal of Personal Items
Please remove all personal items from the vehicle before the service. Speedy Detailers LLC is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.

5. Liability and Damages

5.1 Liability
While we strive to provide the highest quality service, Speedy Detailers LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage to the vehicle or any damage resulting from customer negligence.

5.2 Damages
In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team during the detailing process, we will address the issue promptly and take necessary steps to rectify it.

We collect personal information necessary for booking and providing services. This information is kept confidential and not shared with third parties except as required by law.
